“ Wonderful little restaurant with home made cooling. The pies are to die for!! Everything we ordered was spot on. The mashed potatoes were home made, the seasoned fries crispy on the outside and soft on inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. The roast beef was just like the home made beef you would get a Sunday dinner. ”

“ First time here and a great find. Hidden gem of Nelson and the immediate area! Quaint little cafe with fabulous home cooked meals and fresh homemade pies. Got seated right away for lunch. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Wife had the BBQ chicken sandwich, daughter had the kids grilled cheese and french fries, and I had the fried chicken. Chicken was battered with a light batter (homemade I believe) and the fries were also coated with something. Everything was great and we will definitely be back on future drives. Highly recommend! ”
